Poor service
Itella's courier service is under every criticism. The courier, instead of explaining how a contactless delivery is, roughly recalls that everything is written in the text message, even though it was not explained. There is a complete feeling that the courier is better off dropping the package than keeping in touch with the customer. Previously, in cooperation with the courier company fedex company, a completely different attitude!
