Poor service
Itella's courier service is under every criticism. The courier, instead of explaining how a contactless delivery is, roughly recalls that everything is written in the text message, even though it was not explained. There is a complete feeling that the courier is better off dropping the package than keeping in touch with the customer. Previously, in cooperation with the courier company fedex company, a completely different attitude! Itella seems to be a cheap company that advertises customer care on a website, but the reality is completely different! A conversation with a courier is completely useless, everything is "turned" upside down. The feeling that I, as a customer, am a fool and an aggressor, but he can do what he wants. I believe that there are other couriers more professional in this company. But I have a questionor there teach people to talk to each other, or take each one casually. I would never want to contact Itella again!
