I do not recommend Telstra as a workplace - for anyone, not for the enemy. Everything was great when there was pay and when there was other management. I do not recommend working in the telesales industry just because of a group leader, who is a real monster and cannot accept that she is not obedient. And with such an attitude, a person wants to lead something, without even understanding where he works, in what industry and does not understand anything of it. Although, before I left, I wanted to write an application to the labor inspectorate. But my soft heart forbade me to do so, so that the woman would not be left without a job. Because she violated all norms of work ethic. And since I'm gone, she still can't calm down and interrogates my former colleagues and shoves it in her nose where she doesn't ask. Terrible woman, terrible driver. Who was still trying to lubricate,not to pay the relevant amounts, which I did not receive either, and I did not want to contact those people any more. If she thinks she is a good leader, then she is seriously mistaken. It is no wonder that this service is no longer satisfactory for customers. Before you go to work there, think twice about wanting to meet a manager like herself in a telemarketing.
