Fraud, extortion, breach of contract

Hello, I would like to warn everyone about Optusa's unfair treatment of its customers. Optus does not comply with its own agreements and terminates the provision of services even without prior notice and despite the money paid. On the other hand, if the customer wants to give up Optus's services, then he has to take into account large expenses, as well as the fact that Optus will force him to buy equipment he does not need.
