hello my name is Annette milladge ZIPS Dry Cleaners in on Plank Road in Fredericksburg Virginia has ruined two of my jackets. we had them altered and cleaned they gave the refund on the alterations still not satisfied their $50 jackets they ruined them I want my money.
Three times in a row my clothes weren’t right. No starch they look like they just washed them. No creases or heavy starch like I asked for and it’s on the ticket. Terrible service everytime
Lost my pants, did not offer any kind of customer service, or a refund. The manager is the worst! NO KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER!!!!!!! AND A BAD ATTITUDE TO BOOT!!!!!
