Damaged my shirts

They damaged my shirts I still havent got the issue resolved I was told by the owner she would look at it and get back to me but I haven’t been contacted by her since Monday it is Thursday now I had to call and talk to her twice and she keeps telling w she will get back to me but I’m still waiting
