Service
This time not about the usual quality of service (internet), but about service and customer service. A couple of days ago (04. 07. 2016) I applied for the Internet. I chose the standard offer, a kind guy called - he told me all about and around who and how; we agreed on the time when the master would arrive. After that, the master also arrived +/- on time. But today I removed the offer from the mailbox, where Optus offers both TV and Internet at a lower price than I will now have to pay only for the Internet. Really, first of all, this guy who called to agree on everything could not tell that there is such an offer (because there is no such thing on their website), and then the master could not say a word about it? Is this company really so desperate for profit that it is not interested in customer satisfaction and good feedback? We are already starting cooperation with Optus. Then you have to start thinking about what to expect next (+ still reading complaints about Optus here as well) ?
