Its been about 3 weeks since I called ziplock customer care and they havent shown up. Is that still a reasonable amount of time?

Ziploc

I have used ziploc since they were first made The last 2 times i bought the 300 plus variety pack the snack and sandwich bags do not seal. I am buying other brands from amazon uk. What has happened with the quality ?? User’s recommendation: DO not purchase ziploc small snack bags or sandwich bags.
