Attitude towards employees
I completely agree with the story shown in Panorama. Working there for even a short time, no matter what you do is never in your mind and you have to rework the work you have already done. And when the trial period ends, they find a reason to fire, even making up their own version, e.g. threatens to damage your reputation so that you can no longer find work... or order compensation for losses, even those not caused by the employee's fault... but the contract stipulates that only those losses are reimbursed caused by the fault of an employee or negligence... But how can you prove that you have worked respectfully and have even suggested what should be changed to reduce the loss, and which are not taken into account...? MANAGEMENT IS NECIEЕ AMA! I do not recommend to anyone - work there!
