Poor service, incompetent employees

Tickets have been purchased, but not put to the cinema, at least for the beginning : ) let's start with the fact that we are not from Brisbane. The wife bought 4 tickets to the children's cartoon, made a mistake because she bought in foreign language, called the multicinema to exchange for another screening en, there she was told that it could be exchanged only in person. Since I was in Golg Coast when she called me and informed me about it, I got wet in such a way and decided to go back to Melbourne (during congestion) no matter how inconvenient it was and exchange those tickets in person. Arrived, told, changed, chose places, the employee pressed 2 buttons on the screen and said - thank you, changed my gaze. I was surprised that because of that I had to go there, but it was not possible to do it over the phone. there were a lot of customers and everything was really serious, I asked if I wouldn't give tickets for new ones, or if there would be information in the email, or what... The answer was that no, there was another session for their purchase code. And to go with the same tickets, everything is ok. But that's just the beginning. Arriving at the cinema, 5 minutes before, in a hurry, my wife was already worried that there was no problem with those tickets, I laughed that people knew what they were doing, but the problem was.. Because while I went for coffee I told my wife that nothing had changed for the cinema we are not and do not understand at all what is sold and what happens, I run with my coffee, the children with sweets in their hands are standing at the box office and waiting, the session has already started, the wife says - wait, the manager explains something. Tickets continue to be sold at the same box office. Of course, I immediately went to the employee and told him to put us to the cinema immediately and deal with their own bardard, because we have already started the screening and there is no time to discuss with them. I asked the employee I was talking to to resolve our issue and not ignore the fact that we are waiting and the cartoon has already started,but he has already turned to other buyers. I showed which places are ours, the hall was almost empty at all, I said, well, let's go to other places, it doesn't matter at all, but the attitude was completely indifferent, even rude, because the manager sees, but already explaining everything, let's stand and wait, management, after repeated presentation of the situation and insisting on demand, we were finally taken to the hall and met for a session with a 15-minute delay, do not know how late we started from the beginning. And did not even greet us? When I said "yes we are, hello", the answer did not follow anyway. To the question whether these inconveniences will not be compensated for in some way - the manager's answer was, no I do not have such opportunities. I think they could solve their questions calmly afterwards, without delaying us, so as not to delay the start of the cartoon, or change tickets again and give us other places. We didn't really understand why we weren't released. Also during the session the staff came and studied us where we are sitting or what they were watching, I don't know, the feeling was not good, I tried to distract the children so as not to ruin their day : ) in general we will try to avoid this institution in the future.
