Power has just cut from my house

This is not the first nor second time power only cuts at my house. The next yard has power. There are a few other houses in the neighborhood that have been cut off. If this was load shedding the whole neighboorhood would be cut off but it is not.

I cant buy power using Airtel mobile money…its saying the reciever is barred.

I can’t buy power on my Airtel mobile money….I try to call zesco customer service the phones aren’t going through…the language I am getting is I….the reciever to this meter number is barred. I want to believe that this is zesco s fault not the mobile network provider…how do i get help ?
