There is no warning when load shading is applied. It has been happening to my premise more frequently of late. When this happens some sockets have electricity and others not in the same house. The power is off the whole day sometimes. User’s recommendation: The load shading should be fairly applied not only to particular homes.
The numbers never work I never get through. And when you visit the branch it takes days for them to finally come. User’s recommendation: Visit their branch personally.
