Items are cheap and poorly made, break quickly and customer service is very hard to get a hold of for information. Ones that do not break and good and dandy.
Family has used Zenni for several years, but if I can’t get this resolved, we will never use this company again. This is very frustrating when you desperately need your glasses. They said to send them. I’ve done everything I know to do, and can’t get an answer.
I received my glasses from Zenni and I could tell immediately they were wrong. Went to my eye doctor today to make sure my prescription was correct and while I was there they measured the prescription and it’s completely wrong. Zenni refuses to refund for their mistake
