ZENNI does not guarantee quality of product or service. Will imply any error in fulfilling Rx is customer misconception or customer fault. Only provides 50% refund with 30 days of purchase, however, it takes 2 weeks to fulfill order, so customer only has 2 weeks to return or settle a problem with order. Therefore Zenni does not fully back product or service, claiming work is "custom". Off-shore customer service may be difficult to communicate with. One lens in pair of glasses was missing the Rx! Eyeglasses have no value if Rx is wrong and company has a poor refund policy plus makes it difficult to repair their error.
