Poor service
Old order store that uses iExpress courier. It all started when a courier called me on December 30 when he was ready to deliver a shipment to me, but I couldn't receive it that day so we talked on January 4. I'm expecting when I have a courier on January 4th I took a day off at work. When we talked on the phone before, he promised to call me on the morning of January 4th. I am not waiting for a call all morning, I did not wait, I decided to call myself. The courier picked it up and said so - unfortunately we will not be able to deliver your shipment today because we cannot find it in the warehouse. Then we talked when he will bring it tomorrow, January 5, and he will call me in the morning. It arrives on the morning of January 5 and I don't remember the call, I take the call myself, where is my shipment? To this I got a wonderful answer it's somewhere in the warehouse lost,then I started thinking about how I could lose 8 boxes of furniture + mattress 1. 40 / 2m, but we talked well when tomorrow really will be. Then came the morning of January 6 and I get a call when I receive the shipment today. It pleased me because the long-awaited shipment is finally here, but again not good, because the furniture is there but the mattress is not. I ask where the mattress for me the courier answers missing I ask how can a 2m long mattress get lost. To this he could not answer me said to call dpd.
