Poor service

Very, very, very poor service, they don't know what the schedules are and when the cars go to the shops. Last month, I was told for so long that it is the maximum time when my ordered furniture will arrive. A month passed on Monday for a call which then came there or not, yes there is already a warehouse on Tuesday will drive a car to Launceston and then already call from the store. Came Friday no one called, call again ask what's going on there, looked at the schedule Says next week on Tuesday the car will drive and on Wednesday then already calling from the store I'm already angry I say that last week you said exactly the same but now ok, I'm waiting. Came Friday no one called. Friday came, call again, today the car will go to Launceston, I say but you said that on Tuesday it will drive for the second week in a row, not today. I say you are still looking at the schedule, there is no answer. I don't know if the furniture I chose will reach me at all, a nightmare for someone. She is really important to me because I have to set up a nursery and have to go to the hospital at all times. I do not recommend sending furniture from optimus furniture to anyone! I myself am sending 100% of the furniture here one last time!
