Angry! Scammed!

Do not order! Fraudulent VIP membership. Ordered one item from this company and was automatically signed up for their VIP club because I did not read the fine print- this $16.50 monthly fee was deducted monthly from my checking. Very bad business! User’s recommendation: Scammers!
One day after my husband used his debit card on the phone to pay for 2 BD gifts for our grandson his card # was used at a gas station in Miami for $50.86. Obviously the people that work for this company can’t be trusted!

Beyond Livid!

I called to make sure an order I placed would be deliveredY171729Y17129 on Oct 4th or before. I was assured it would be. Deceiving

They charge a VIP monthly charge for $16.22 every month. No savings compared to other companies.
This is the worst company I have ever felt with! I never got Christmas gift for my 3 year old granddaughter. Customer service was no help. Of course my account was charged!! Now I am being charged a little over 12 dollars a month for nothing I signed up for. I have already requested this to stop!!!... Read more➤

Poor service and furniture quality

Three things are bad things, because when you buy optimus furniture in a furniture store, the fourth will never be out of that store again. The first was a three-door cabinet, already assembled inaccurate and oblique, deformed. The second was a coffee table, the problem is the same, now it is tilted completely and thrown out. The third was an office chair, broke after two months. The attitude of the store - the customer is to blame only, because the furniture is not intended for use. The result, money is spent and I have to look for another furniture store, only now I will first look at complaintsibas.org and only then will I buy, because when buying optimus furniture, I am thoroughly disappointed. Buyers, you're vigilant and inquire in advance of your purchase.
