I am very disappointed in Young Explorers. They are now charging me for something call the Young Explores VIP Club because I purchased one thing from them for Christmas. I noticed the charge last month but thought it was a delayed charge for the item I orders. Not so.
I purchased a membership over the phone after placing an order from the young explorers catalog. I received the packet in mail and followed thru with sending in copies of receipts as per directions . I bought from Young Explorer’s and as I checked out, it asked if I wanted to join their club for discounts. It never mentioned a fee or hitting my credit card until after I clicked submit. I was unable to cancel it when I called immediately following the transaction…

Poor service and furniture quality

Three things are bad things, because when you buy optimus furniture in a furniture store, the fourth will never be out of that store again. The first was a three-door cabinet, already assembled inaccurate and oblique, deformed. The second was a coffee table, the problem is the same, now it is tilted completely and thrown out. The third was an office chair, broke after two months. The attitude of the store - the customer is to blame only, because the furniture is not intended for use. The result, money is spent and I have to look for another furniture store, only now I will first look at complaintsibas.org and only then will I buy, because when buying optimus furniture, I am thoroughly disappointed. Buyers, you're vigilant and inquire in advance of your purchase.
