Question about sound

I have four indoor yi cameras and only one of them captures very loud and good sound. All settings are the same for every camera. How can this be fixed? Also, SD cards dont work in these as specified. User’s recommendation: There are better cameras out there with better service.

Company is awful. No way to ever reach anyone

Never can speak to a representative. Had the camera for over 2 years. Very unhappy. I installed for my 91 year old mom.

Viewing last nights footage
