Camera stolen during a live burglary

Please help me. My Wyze camera was stolen while it was recording a burglary in process. I have the cam plus. Have contacted several times

Been in contact over 75 times wanting Mac codes gave them made excuses of being blurry and everything had given over and over never gotten warranty in full but one camera what a joke User’s recommendation: Don’t do it.

Paid 100 dollars for garbage

Bought some cameras from Wyze, costing about 100 bucks. I got some nice (only 12 second) videos of my dog staring at my door… until the video stops because I didn’t pay a boat load of money for the bait and switch nonsense they pulled. Problem with cameras

I paid 60 for a year membership for three cameras for cam plus and theyre not working. I called and emailed and troubleshooted with an agent and still nothing . I would like a refund please . Also someone was supposed to be contacting me about this and nothing.
