Outside cameras won’t pair with router

I have a dual band 2.4 gigahertz and 5 G router is hooked up and is connected to (5) v3 cameras I also have 4 outdoor cameras outdoor router package I can’t get them to connect I reset restarted unplugged I even bought another router in case I ran out of 2.4 slots

Lack of consumer support

Outdoor base quit working after 6 months. Needed direction on how to return under warranty but got only an endless loop of suggestions that Id already tried. No option to contact company by phone or email. Ordered a new unit. Forget warranty! User’s recommendation: Don’t count on warranty!
