My account number is 13493****E. My last name is spelled incorrectly it should be Porrett not Dorrett. Also, I have never set-up an online account and when I tried it would not let. I hope you will be able to help. Thank you. Vitina Porrett
I spent two nights at the Kingsport La Quinta and received no points. I spent USD at the placed, used the bar and left tips for the cleaners and staff. ? why no points. So, I used a 3rd party booking.com, so what? The bottom line is I stayed at a Wyndham Property, I should receive a... Read more➤
I am a diamond customer and has used Wyndham hotels exclusively for years but I reserved 2 rooms for June [protected] and was for the first time disappointed in the service we received. We checked into the rooms and within 15 minuets was on the phone with Wyndham to try to get our hotel changed. The rooms... Read more➤
Rewards points to stay free before April 3 2019 were 15, 000 points. Now they are 30, 000 points. Cutting everyones free nights stays in half. No notice that this was going to happen to their diamond members. There needs to be a class action law suit on this. It is a total RIPOFF of loyal diamond... Read more➤
Just learned that the 4 and 5 star Wyndham hotels are now charging 30,000 points per night in lieu of the 15,000 contracted when I received my 30,000 points for $99 and sat through one of their resort pitches in Oct 2018. Had planned a trip to NY in mid 2019 so it seemed like a good... Read more➤

A smoky offer that wasn't smoky :(

Good day everyone! I am writing a complaint on this site for the first time in my life because I never wanted to spend I see my precious time for something like that, but now I see, there is always the first time in my life. I believe that this time I was beaten seriously with my girlfriend, so I write to let others know about it; In short, the story is as follows. Today (17. 04. 2020) my girl received an e-mail lulu "smiley offer", namely, by filling in the questionnaire on the Internet, a 20% discount is given for a one-time order lulu.org! Both are happy that we will be happy to use this offer, fill in the questionnaire and place an order on the website www. lulu.org. Of course, we follow the instructions that the e-mail address to which this offer came should be indicated in the discount field. But, here the joys ended. When the courier arrives, of course, big eyes and no one knows anything. We make a call to the courier to the office, it's the same, no one knows anything. The cameraman also expressed the idea that this only applies to offers in the pizzeria itself and not to internet deliveries. I added another screenshot from their questionnaire, which is offered to fill in for a discount, as well as the smoky offer itself, which came to the e-mail. There is no word that this only applies to on-site orders. I believe we were deceived in a brutal way because I, as a customer, are not interested in the fact that the pizzeria employees are not aware of the promotions that the company advertises and even sends to potential customers. If Pty. "Later LTD" (the same lulu pizza) does not think hard about its marketing activities, over time even more customers will be lost, because after such a case I do not want to order anything from this particular pizzeria in the future. I don't even want to order anything anymore and lulu.org has lost a fairly stable customer, because this was not my first order in this pizzeria. If the company advertises and even sends to the emails of potential customers. If Pty. "Later LTD" (the same lulu pizza) does not think strongly about its marketing activities, over time more customers will be lost, because after such an event I do not want anything in the future. order from this particular pizzeria. I hope that the management of Lulu pizza will provide an exhaustive answer here as well and compensate for this misunderstanding with some good offer for both of us. Thanks for your attention!
