Bad quality, sole disenergrated

my dura shocks bottom of the sole just came off. The right boot the sole has split. This is not a boot to purchase. Maybe a call to the BBB. The leather is excellent material. Wife was mad as there was blue rubber being left all over the house. User’s recommendation: do not purchase. Run.
