Racist bus riders and driver

S4 on 16th street southbound 4:45pm got on. Bus was packed. My backpack brushed a black woman. She proceeded to snarl and call me rude and another peer said the same thing that I was supposed to apologize. Lost 10$ at Eisenhower station

I lost 10$ at the Eisenhower stop. The lady at the desk signed a paper that I lost 10$ and to call this number to have a 10$ credit to my card. I put in the cash without scanning the card first and it wouldn’t return the cash.
