Never received a response via text. However, I called the customer service number. I waited 25 minutes then I spoke to someone name Diana. I spoke with two different people. A service person came need a part that was over a week ago and haven’t heard anything about the part

Lack of contact when I have a service contract unable to get through to them given a run around and cut off several times after waiting 30 minutes User’s recommendation: Don’t buy whirlpool and definitely don’t buy appliances from lowes.
