Difficult to find replacement filters. I suppose you are going to discontinue this product. Finally purchased at Amazon. Was that the last one ? It was a good product. I wish Whirlpool was more connected to customers when their products are about to expire. User’s recommendation: Beware of water purifiers. Replacement filters difficult to find.
Called customer care several times and they hung up on me after I was on hold for more than 15 min. Tried to order it but cant find the rt product. Very inefficient service. User’s recommendation: Please don’t get the product if they can’t provide proper service.
