brand new refrigerator is not working 3 and 6 months later plus terrible customer service

I purchased a Whirlpool – 24.5 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator – Stainless steel Model: WRX735SDHZ, SKU: 5790000 on September 23rd 2020 and three months later it completely stopped cooling and all of our food was room temperature. It does not spin all it does just bring water and it doesn’t wash my clothes its the worse washer I wish I can take it back User’s recommendation: No i don’t recommend this washer.

very bad experience .there is no one responsibility for customer complaints.i registered complaint since 21.04.2021 .but there is no resolution till now.customer care tells again and again parts pending. No one answers calls for sExervice or questions on a 4 month long ticket

New Oven…worked fine. Used Self clean locked up and never could open. Was directed to call @your service thru the appliance center I purchased from. Came out once, twice, never had correct parts and still waiting for a control panel. This has been since January !!!!…
