Wire issue at bottom of refg.

The ice maker stopped working and we had a repair person out who checked the entire ice maker system and found a yellow wire at the bottom of the refrigerator that is disconnected. Refridgerator quit working after six months

i purchased a refrigerator new. it stopped cooling and freezing 6 months later. It is impossible to reach anyone to discuss the fact that i am still under factory warranty. I will never buy whirlpool again. User’s recommendation: Stay as far away as possible/.
