I gave the tablet to the girls who receive it, they also couldn't turn it on, took it to the master, it turned it on right away, but will take it to the diagnostics. The next day rings to come. All right, no defects. I asked something further, if the same again, then an employee named Alice (refused to name) replied that nothing, everything was fine and everything.The tablet is not to blame, and nothing more can be said. I asked who to contact and deal with this case, because it is not really satisfying to go to them regularly.
