I bought a pair of shoes that don’t fit. They didn’t include a return slip in the package. They have no phone number. Each email I send requesting the label receives a response within 48 hours saying they are working on it with a smiley face. It’s been over a week and I’ve gotten nowhere.
I ordered a few items and never got a shipping confirmation. Then i received a package one day and they sent me someone elses item… i tried to contact them but they keep replying with automated responses and no help so i basically lost my money.
