Update by user Dec 13, 2018 It took some time and several emails, but I was eventually sent a refund for the unshipped item. Original review posted by user Nov 13, 2018 Placed an order and I was missing an item. They no longer have a phone number so all communication is via email and with a nameless employee "from Wetseal". I told "from Wetseal" of my problem and was told that there was nothing they could do, that the "warehouse" said the order was sent out fine. When I asked for the warehouse proof... I was met with "go to the post office", Which of course did nothing. I sent several emails following, hoping to speak with a supervisor and get a refund. No luck. No answer. Very impersonal and indifferent company. The products are all cheap and you get what you pay for. Dont order online. They are grossly incompetent. I Pretty much was scammed out of $20 -_-
