Fraud

Hello, I have a complaint about poor quality work and customer fooling. Why do the employees of the Ilgluciems branch repeatedly lie to the customer? I pay for the repair of the phone with a relatively simple fault and every time I call and inquire about when the phone will finally be repaired, I get an answer that tomorrow (this day has been three times and in total it has been 3 weeks for your non-professional masters to change the phone screen) once a week In the middle of the holiday, the second he suddenly fell ill, next time again the phones will be ready "tomorrow". Don't you understand that customers are counting on what you say? The time is planned accordingly, the plans are changed - but in the end, this office is just fooling around and now you will have to wait for the phone after the Christmas holidays, because again all your masters will be on holidays and if not on holidays, then sick.I understand that maybe there is a lot of work but then so maybe say rather than let the client complicate life countless times. What rights do you have to carry customers by the nose?
