Regrettable customer service
Since the whole family had (the emphasis on was because no one has anymore!) a bee connection, I took it in my name to my grandmother. After her death, of course, I wanted to terminate the contract, but it turns out that it is practically impossible to do so while living abroad. I called several times, each customer service "specialist" said something else and one deplorable person told me that if he needed a death certificate to terminate the contract, at that moment I gave up and decided to pay the bills for a connection that was not used to damage my nerves. I will add again that the contract was in my name, my grandmother's name did not appear anywhere, I mentioned her death as a reason to terminate the contract. Disgusting attitude, the bills had to continue to be paid for 5 months,while I went to the customer service center in Australia, because it was not possible to solve this situation by phone (I don't know or due to incompetence of employees, or due to the company's policy?). In May, I forgot to pay for bee services because they were not used, and in June I received this nice threat letter. Interesting attitude, instead of sending me a reminder, threaten with debt collection offices.
