On 4/30 they put top braces on and in a few days some slipped off. That is normal for braces, but Western Dental has VERY limited orthodontic hours. You have to pack wax when brackets fall off and wires poke. This is not explained in their Informed Consent. User’s recommendation: don’t go here.
