Missing Part is not available

Once called the Weslo customer support they do not have the part since this items is not being manufactured by them. At the same, Weslo is selling at Walmart, which was purchased on 8/13/2020. I have spent 3-4 hours on assembling the machine which was total waste of time. User’s recommendation: Not at all.

Defective and dangerous product

This product has had dangerous defects. My first complaint is when my mother was using it the speed malfunctioned and shot up. She fell and when she pulled the switch for the emergency shut off the machine kept going and gave her scrapes all along her arms and legs….
