Belt replacement

Dear Sir , I bought my weslo cross cycle less than a year ago.I love the bike but the belt on the wheel broke.Model is Welex612151 Serial #Mm021H210****. I didn’t know if it was a part I could purchase. Tky Maryanne Binkowski User’s recommendation: I did not get a response. I am a happy customer.

They seem to unresponsive

After posting a complaint on pissed consumer, they made a contact with me and Wes little said I would be hearing from them soon that my order would be on the way, but since November I have been told the same thing theyre waiting for a boat from China.
