Their products do not work, they are nor designed to work. They are only designed to sell. If you have a problem with their products, their tech support cannot help you because they are useless

The screen does not work, have sent them numerous emails and never received a reply. Maybe they do not speak English or maybe they do not know how to read. A big time rip off company. User’s recommendation: stay away.

Highly FRUSTRATED!!!

Bought a Cadence R 5.2 treadmill. Had NO idea I would be required to join iFIT and pay a monthly charge! I am a Sr. citizen and cannot afford that monthly fee.
