No repair service

Have Aqua Terra Toscano spa . The jet pump stopped working. Called customer service 888 961 ****and was told there was no service available and to look at yellow pages or one line for a service person. This is Customer Service? User’s recommendation: Do not buy the product as there is no service.

Hot tub not working properly and is only a month old

I just purchased a hot spring sx 2020 and it reads 104 and water temp is only 101, then after only having the lid off for 30minutes and not running the jets on high it dropped to reading 101 and so the temperature only being 97.
