I cannot get through to a person

I am trying to transfer a number and the PAC code I have been given is not working. Your online chat cannot understand my problem, and I cannot get through to a human to explain.

Webchat nightmare

The webchat is useless I’m going round in circles – It can’t answer my query and won’t allow me to speak to someone. User’s recommendation: Cheap but poor customer service when you’ve got a problem.

Cant make phone calls!!

Moved from Virgin to Voxi. Now can’t make or receive phone calls, or send texts. All I want is the settings for an iPhone 5S.
