Instructions for requesting the document should be modified to make sure the descriptive reasons in the instructions match those in the online drop down. Very confusing and can result in requesting the wrong document. User’s recommendation: Be very certain you pick the correct option.

Disappointed responses

I sent for my mother’s birth certificate last year in February (February 2020). I received an email that said due to the pandemic, it may take longer to receive the certificate.
