Even if you’ve purchased several orders totaling over thousands of dollars they will not uphold their satisfaction guarantee and this was the case with me after their products cause health side effects they refuse to honor their satisfaction guarantee and give me a refund User’s recommendation: Don’t trust them.
I have been ordering from this company for 24 years and have not had one problem. I am supper impressed with them, their discounts, and the deliveries. I find when someone complains it is an issue with them not processing their order effectively and orderly. User’s recommendation: Check your process and details!
Order placed 5/11/2021 It has still not shipped. I spoke with customer service yesterday they assured me that my order would be overnighted to me. It was not the status is still – not yet shipped. I look forward to hearing from you! Rhonda Walters
