Wrong item shipped twice. First time I made no mention of it. Second time it happened I did. I used this website because I was unable to find an email address for Vitacost User’s recommendation: Vitacost overall is a typically a good shopping experience with good prices and selection and free shipping.

My package was not delivered and I did not receive a refund

My package was not delivered. The tracking number showed it was delivered but it was not. Vitacost will not give me a refund. User’s recommendation: Do NOT order from Vitacost. If your package gets lost there are NO protections for you.
