Horrible customer service Pooler GA location

The attitudes in this store were so bad my wife and I went the opposite direction to Jacksonville Visionworks (which is great!) For our eyeglasses. Poughkeepsie NY store never answers the phone. Never called to say order is in. I should not have to drive in to make appointments or to get a question answered. The automated service is useless.

Customer service representative was not helpful at all. His response to my questions were to “call the store”. Like really? If I could get through the store I would not be calling you. He even admitted he could not get through to the store when he tried for me.
