Update by user Apr 02, 2021 They replied something like, “That’s awful! We forwarded your complaint to their central office”, saying there would be some sort of response. There never was. Note that at this moment, there are 499 complaints regarding Visionworks. They simply don’t care. The lack of response to all of us is not negligence....
