Fraud, irresponsibility
Hello! I would like to complain about FedEx. - It was Wednesday evening. I spend both my time and money to send the product to my customer. I arrived at the terminal, entered everything I needed on the screen, paid and then - white screen, the door never opened, the money was removed from the account. Call - do not raise! Okay, I'll try again - I enter everything I need on the screen, I pay and again - white screen, the door never opens and the money is removed from the account. The end result - I'm without the mood, 5 AU$ in the wind and the customer without their own goods. Of course, I couldn't put this aside. I wrote an FedEx, didn't even apologize, just sent a questionnaire to fill out for a refund. I'm disappointed now and won't use this parcel again!
