Respected sir Most respectfully I beg to say that I had been an employee of Vishveshwarya group of Institutions, 20km, Ghaziabad-Bulandshahr GT Road, Dadri, G.B.Nagar (203207) UP, since 4 February 2008. I was designated as an assistant professor and fulfilled all my duties honestly. In my tenure of 8.6 years I worked with my full dedication and completed all the projects given to me whether it was my function or not. On August 16, 2016 I was asked by the HR of the institute to resign and to give one month notice for the same without any prior notice just opposite to the university and college norms. After a lot of pressure maintained on me I finally did as they say and submitted my resignation with one month prior notice but they relieved me on the same day. Neither they gave me my one month salary nor did they provide me my gratuity. I submitted an application for the gratuity on 22 August, 2016. At that time the HR told me that the work is in process and till then up to now there is no response from their side. Sir, I was terminated at a time when there was no vacancies in any college and i have to sit idle for 4 months. I belong to a middle class family and I am responsible for the necessities of my family. Kindly help me for this inhuman act that they had done. I had the college appointment letter having all the conditions such as providing prior notice before termination and one month advance salary.
