VirtuaMemorialHospital is horrible

I was a patient.During my discharge,my son had an epileptic seizure. The staff response was unprofessional and ruin. to add insult to injury, I actually had a band on alerting the staff that I was a fall risk. Emergency room wait

Why is it necessary to wait 4-5 hours in the emergency room even if there are few people in the waiting room. Waiting, waiting, waiting, in a meat locker temperature room. Unacceptable. Should not be this hard to treat people. If you can’t get out of the business.
