Bite focuses on achieving maximum sales results - which in itself is not a bad thing, but it's nice not to solve customer problems later. I "fell" into such traps. 2 years ago I bought a set of Arlo surveillance cameras, where the price when concluding a contract for 3 years was significantly tastier than buying all the equipment at once. At that moment, I seemed to make a decision that was good for me. The nuance is that the warranty period of the equipment is 2 years, but the contract with the mandatory payments is 3 years, and if something happens to the equipment - you will have to deal with it yourself, the bee will not provide help. You will have to continue to pay, although the machine may not work. Instead of a customer advisor helping an existing customer solve my problem - I was offered to buy another video camera and switch to a bit from another operator with cell phone connections (!) What? Or really? ! Please read the terms of the tempting offers, paying particular attention to the guarantee and payment terms. In summary: the bee really has good offers - but the relationship with the customer could be better. I will pay the remaining value for all 5 devices + a penalty for breach of contract, because only Prices are friendly and at the beginning.
