Items removed.

Hi I’m new to vinted , I put on some wax melts and they were removed from candle group. Others have put on wax melts and candles that clearly are handmade by people.

Refund not appearing

I bought a pair of shoes for £45.60 and the seller cancelled the order and it says the refund was processed 15 days ago but I havent got any of my money back yet. I want the money now User’s recommendation: Vinted is bad.
