Payment withdrawn and refunded to customer even though he has received goods

Over charged.

Hi I bought off Vinted £8.90 in total and got charged £17.70 instead item was cancelled and only getting refunded £8.90 instead of the full amount how do I get it all back. User’s recommendation: No.
